Our strong communication and coordination with the sales agents contributed to a smooth and successful selling process. The efforts put into marketing the property, highlighting its unique features and high-quality construction, resulted in the client achieving over the asking price. Additionally, with efficient coordination, we facilitated a four-week completion of the sale, allowing the client to swiftly move forward with their plans.
