Domestic Construction – Case Study

Details

Project: Two-bedroom bungalow in Coxheath, Maidstone

Location: Kent

We were delighted to have the opportunity to manage the entire domestic construction project for a two-bedroom bungalow in Coxheath, Maidstone. From the planning stage through to the sale of the property, Griffin Groundworks was able to stick to the tight budget and timeline on this domestic construction job in order to produce a high-specification construction.

Our team of experienced professionals handled every aspect of the project, ensuring that all soft and hard landscaping was undertaken to enhance the property’s overall appeal. We carefully designed and executed the landscaping plan, considering factors such as drainage, aesthetics, and functionality. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality ensured that the outdoor space of the bungalow perfectly complemented the overall design and met the client’s expectations.

Not only did we focus on the construction and landscaping aspects, but we also took charge of managing all building control visits and sign-offs. Our dedicated team liaised with the local authorities, ensuring that all necessary inspections were carried out and necessary approvals were obtained. By taking this responsibility off our client’s shoulders, we provided a seamless construction process, streamlining the project timeline and minimising any potential delays.

Furthermore, our collaboration extended beyond the construction phase. We also worked closely with sales agents, Century 21, during the negotiations and sale of the property. Our strong communication and coordination with the sales agents contributed to a smooth and successful selling process. The efforts put into marketing the property, highlighting its unique features and high-quality construction, resulted in the client achieving over the asking price. Additionally, with efficient coordination, we facilitated a four-week completion of the sale, allowing the client to swiftly move forward with their plans.
